I am Level 2 IKFF(Kettlebells) certified, TRX certified and Bulgarian Bag certified(Suples).  You will also learn Self-Defense(Martial Arts) and physically strengthen your body while simultaneously improving your self confidence and mental focus. Learn the techniques you see on TV when watching professional Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA(Mixed Martial Arts/UFC), and traditional martial arts. Learn effective and applicable self defense for real life situations, and learn to increase your situational awareness. All coming from first hand experience from a 28 year lifelong martial artist with a 4th degree black belt in American Kenpo Karate, Blue belt in Jiu-Jitsu, Amateur Golden Gloves novice Champion, Amateur Kickboxing World Champion, undefeated amateur MMA career, Professional Muay Thai World Champion, Professional Boxing and MMA experience and current Professional Kickboxer fighting for Glory Kickboxing. Martial arts training can help deliver fast full body workout  results vastly increasing your fitness level . It can also help improve your flexibility and mobilty which help alleviate every day aches and pains.
